Additionally, a comprehensive map will mark each depot by type and color, ensuring easy identification for those requiring access.

Following every visit, whether scheduled, for routine pest control, or in response to an emergency, a detailed logbook will be diligently maintained, outlining the activities conducted. This logbook ensures transparency regarding the current status, confirmation of orderliness, ongoing pest control measures, and, during pest control procedures, the methods employed.
